Our award winning Saison is the colour of the golden sun. This beer has a lively carbonation which releases aromas of luscious tropical fruit. A mellow, honey sweetness is followed by a crisp, tart finish. From a backyard party to a cozy night in, this Saison is of a fine quality and for all occasions. Serve in a stemmed tulip glass at 6-10C. Our Saison is unfiltered and sediment has settled on the bottom. Pour off the sediment for a clear beer, or rouse for more yeast character.

The beer pours a murky golden-orange colour with a creamy generous off-white head which lasts a few minutes. The aroma is funky yeast, grains, citrus, and spices. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is fruit forward, and in some respects is more ;witbier’ than ‘saison’. Although the aroma dispels that notion. An enjoyable Ontario saison. -

My can says this is actually called "3 Point Saison". But anyway, has a real nice pour with a really nice smell. Really good tasting beer too. Hoppy, and in just the right way. Even warm it's still good. The only drawback is the body, which hangs heavy on the back of the throat.

Can from the LCBO. Pours a cloudy beige-amber colour, peach-like juice with a soapy off-white head that dissipates quickly leaving a little foamy lace patches. Belgian Yeast ale aromas with orange notes and some mild spices. The taste is pretty much the same with some light hops coming out in the finish. A little tart stays on the palate. An ok brew, but not a Saison. More of a witbier.

Pours a huge foamy bubbly off-white head and has a slightly hazy golden orangey appearance. Thick patchy lacing. Aromas of yeast, coriander, oranges and other citrusy notes. Flavours are very fruity, mostly on the citrusy side. Oranges, coriander again as well as some tangy notes. Some yeasty notes also. Has a slick and drying mouthfeel. Fairly excessive carbonation.
