Surround Sound: Enigma, the latest version of our rotating-hops DDH DIPA, showcases some truly unique hops from around the world. Enigma from Australia, Moutere from New Zealand, and Simcoe from the US. The result is a beautifully intense bouquet and flavours of tropical fruit, passionfruit, ripe berries and citrus. We dose all of our Surround Sound DDH DIPAs at 20 g/l of hops to impart an insane hop experience. Surround Sound is our flagship, rotating hop DIPA. The ever-rotating line up of hops allows us to use the freshest and most fun hops on the market. What’s constant is the generous dose of double dry-hopping, which makes for a super juicy hop-bomb IPA.? ? ? Art: Daniel Ferrer Peralta

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

Can that pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy slightly off-white cap with bubbles, good retention and some foamy lacing. Big citrus aromas with oranges and some grapefruit zest, blended with some mild tropical notes and grassiness. Flavours are juicy with the citrus, but this one has more bitterness than others. I see the juicy hop-bomb IIPA description. Nicely brewed !
