The fourth version of our Surround Sound DDH DIPA features a very unique version of the old-school Chinook hop. This amazingly fruity and bright variety of Chinook is grown by our friends at Crosby Hops Farms. We paired the Chinook with the bright citrus and tropical fruit from Citra hops for a total of 20 g/l of hop dosage.

Hazy golden pour with a tad of amber. The white cap is frothy, bubbly, with good retention and creamy streak of lacing. The Citra hop is quite present in the nose, with lots of lemon and its zest. Hints of pineapples, which are more active in the taste. Less citrus peel and juicier. Grassy aromas do come out with time. Tropical fruits in the flavours. Particles at last pour. Goes down quite nicely overall.
