The team at Collective arts are bringin' the summer vibes nice and early with this margarita-inspired gose! Made with real grapefruit and lime juice as well as Himalayan salt and coriander, this refreshingly tart brew will have you thinking of the beach and ignoring any April showers that might come our way.

Sour No. 29 in the series - can from the Hamilton brewery. Lightly hazed, golden colour with a small cap, not much stay, nor lacing. Eventually, gets hazier with the orange-pinkish colour from the grapefruit. Particles also appears. The lime was stronger at first in the taste, but the grapefruit come to balance things, with coconut notes. The sourness was puckering at first, but the fruit calmed it down. Almost getting mango in the nose from the purée mix. Not a bad citrusy gose, but almost preferred it before the grapefruit came out, and it was more puckering lime sourness.
