Hazy, light golden-beige colour with a big creamy white head, good retention and nice foamy-creamy lacing streaks. Huge lemon aromas with the sour juices and some tarty zest. The taste is puckering sour at first, but it does not last too long, and tart is left on the tongue. I love the start, but not so much the finish. Wish it would just hold on a little more. Not getting much saltiness, but it does start getting better, longer as I sip.
