For our newest IPA Series release, we decided to see how many Mosaic hops we could cram into one beer. We call this: Mosaic Four Ways! We used FOUR different types of Mosaic hops for a beer that showcases everything we love about one of the craft beer world's go-to hops. Regular Mosaic combines with Mosaic CRYO, Mosaic INCOGNITO and Mosaic SPECTRUM for aromas of tropical fruits, with flavours of juicy mangoes, guava and ripe berries.

The beer pours a hazed golden yello colour with a short-lived white head which leaves no lacing. The aroma is grassy malt, tropical fruit notes, and citrus. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grass, sweet malt notes, citrus, and finishes with a slight tang. -

Lightly hazed, golden-yellow, bright colour with a small bubbly white cap, average retention with a few spots of foamy lacing. Lemon zest aromas with a touch of orange juice, some fresh herbal spices and hints of grass. The mouthfeel is fairly flat with mostly wetness, and not much dryness for and IPA. The flavours shows some light pineapples fruitiness, citrus juices, a touch of their peel and that spicy herbal note that saves me on this one. Not my fave IPA from this brewery I like.
