We brewed this beer with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Mosaic hops – creating a deep and complex flavour profile. This beer has notes of fruity white-wine grapes from the Nelson Sauvin hops, layered with the Citra and Mosaic which deliver juicy citrus and stone fruit notes. Hazy golden-beige colour with an amber hue, a frothy-bubbly white cap, good stay and some mild foamy lacing patches. Lemon zest aromas at first with tropical notes like mango. The flavours are mild with the citrusy hops and a touch of pepper. Lightly juicy, refreshing with some decent dryness, so an easy-drinking NEIPA.
