Teaming up to make a monster TIPA (’t’ as in triple!) with some of the most amazing and sought after hops we can find: Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Azacca . We hope you like this hop-bomb, with its bright notes of passion fruit, mango, grapefruit and lime citrus, topped off hints of white wine and gooseberry.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy white head, decent retention and a trail of foamy lacing is left above the brew. Pineapple is the first thing I smell, expecting grassier, but no - with a base of orange juice, tangerine notes. So, very citrusy, and juicy for a TIPA. Alcohol is very well-hidden in the mouth, and less in the nose. The flavours are also quite on the citrus side - again, oranges and pineapples, hints of tropical fruits. Wow! This is going down very, very nicely.
