Citra Four Ways NEIPA. We used FOUR different types of Citra hops for a beer that showcases everything we love about one of the craft beer world’s go-to hops. Regular Citra combines with Citra CRYO, Citra INCOGNITO and Citra SPECTRUM for sweet, fruity aromas of bright grapefruit and orange citrus, with flavours of lemon meringue pie combined with juicy tropical fruits.

The beer pours a hazed pale orange gold with a generous white head which eventually recedes to a film on the top of the beer. The aroma is bready malt, tropical fruit, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grassy malts, light tropical fruit, and a mildly bitter finish.

Hazed golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and leaving a little soapy lacing. Lots of citrus aromas from the four forms of Citra. Orange peel, juices, some lemon zest. The mouthfeel is on the thin side, with some dryness in the finish. Orange flavours with hints of tart. Seems like GMO'ed Citra, that give a tad touch of medical, plastic fakeness. A nice try to get these 4 together, but not the juiciest and favourite NEIPA.
