Our newest in our IPA series is a Double Dry-Hopped Brut IPA . Crisp, bubbly and utterly bursting full of fresh Azacca and Citra hops. The aroma and flavour of bright citrus and mango come from the large 16g/hL dry hopping..

Can from LCBO. Pours a pretty big frothy white head and has a hazy golden appearance. Thick patchy lacing. Lively carbonation. Aromas of tropical fruit, floral and strong citrus hops, a little bit grassy and pine. Flavours are juicy but not overly, lots of citrus notes, some tropical fruit (mangos and hints of pineapple). Nicely balanced sweetness and bitterness. A bit of piney notes in the finish. Nice drying mouthfeel, quite refreshing for a stronger IPA.

The beer pours a slightly hazed metallic gold colour with a generous white riocky head that lasts a few minutes/. Aromas are pineapple, mango, and passion fruit with grass, yeast, and citrus in the background. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is tropical fruit, light grass, weak yeast, and a lightly bitter hop finish. -

Pours a clean light dozen-yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention and some creamy lace. Light haze shows up at the last pout. The hops in the nose are fresh and gives cilantro citrus-grassy notes. The taste is hoppy with the grassiness and dryness over the cereal malts. Hints of citrus from the Citra, but the Azacca are the spotlights with tangerine peel. Easy-enough to drink as a little more dry than bitter. The finish is not as lingering than most. Not bad at all.
