We take pride in tracking down the freshest ingredients to further our drinkers’ experience! Using our core Gose as a base, we added the freshest guava puree we could find and then let the brewers go to work. The end result was a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour. Expect the Pink Himalayan Salt and flowery guava to leave you refreshed and wanting more.

The beer pours a murky orange-gold colour with a generous white head that takes a while to dissipate. The aroma is Tuscan ham (yes, I said Tuscan ham), citrus, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is very tart, so tart that I can’t recognize what the underlying fruit is. I swear I taste chopped Vidalia onions in this – and I hate onions. This is certainly not my favourite Collective Arts beer

Can from LCBO that pours a cloudy golden-pink colour with a nice thick creamy, off-white head, that lasts quite a long time and leaves good web-creamy lace. Very nice fruity nose with the sourish guava juices. In the background is well-blended notes of salt, yeast and coriander. Flavours of the fruit are milder with the sourness, light saltiness and yeast creating a little tart in the finish. This is a really well done fruity Gose.
