Hazy light orange pour. White head dissipates slowly but remains as a thin cap. Oily lacing. Citrus and pine aroma. This is a very tasty beer without any flavours standing out. Tastes of caramel and breaded malts. Pine, pineapple, melon, mango, orange and mild grapefruit. Very well balanced and drinkable. Expected the mouthfeel to be a little fuller. I used to bypass Clown Shoes for some unknown reason but after trying a couple, I won't anymore.

Pours thin amber with a nice foam head. A little pale for an IPA lol. Thin mouth feel. Nice hoppy aroma. Nice hop taste too. I would call it spicy. Some maltiness on the finish. Maybe some ginger too. Pretty good beer.

A clear amber colored beer with a big frothy textured light beige-white head rising above. There's decent hang time on the head. It settles into a medium ringlet and light, thin persistent cap. A strange fruitiness to the nose. That follows in the taste as citrus and tropical. Good, robust, breamy body.

Pours a clear dark amber with a very thick pale buff head. Strong, hoppy, resiny aroma says Ahoy from a half meter away and then adds a citrus undertone and a woody hint to the temptation. Flavor is very hoppy, VERY hoppy, and has a strong citrus undertone, more orange than anything else, plus woody and malty hints. Texture is quite viscous and leaves a lasting hoppy fizz. Out of this world!

I actually got this for 15% off the $8, otherwise I may not have tried this. About average for a DIPA. Some of Clown Shoes regular IPAs or stronger 7% IPAs may be better, like Miracle, Galactica, or Superhero. Some nice strength....a little malty and hoppy, but not the best balance. About 8s all around, though the appearance is a little ho-hum. Good beer, but kind of forgettable here.

Pours a clear amber with a tall, frothy light tan head that sticks around pretty well, leaving decent lace behind. Smells like candied oranges and some mildly bitter grapefruit. Lightly pungent but not harsh.Big hop flavors up front. Wow, way stronger than the aroma gave away. Very interesting flavors. Lots of citrus everywhere. It really reminds me of candied oranges. There is a lot of sweet tropical fruit in there too. Maybe even melons too? Get some resinous spiciness mixed in, especially in the middle. Bready malt in the finish barely tries to balance it out. Nice strong waves of bitterness in the finish. Medium-heavy mouthfeel, surprisingly smooth.Overall it's a big, bold IIPA it's somehow surprisingly smooth and balanced. Very tasty and drinkable, just could be my favorite from Clown Shoes.
