This beer brings the word smoothness to new heights. Its light and clean while still maitaining that banana / clove essence that is essential to a hefeweissen. It ends a little tart, with a hint of lemon citrus that comes from the Hersbrucker hops.

Poured a cloudy, amber color with no head or lacing. Aroma full of spices, banana, and bubblegum. The taste was spices (mostly clove) and banana, and lots of yeast. This could have been something, if it came together just a little bit more. Why there was no head, I have no idea.
