Pours a nice light amber with no head what-so-ever. A decent amount of carbonation coming from the bottom of the glass. So-so amount of lacing on the glass. Aroma is malty with hints of spice. Taste has a nice hit of malts and spices, not far from a winter warmer type of beer. Finishes off somewhat sticky in the mouth. Overall a decent beer that can be easily sessioned.

Pours a pretty clear dark amber with a decent pale tan head. Strong, malty aroma has a firm and slightly sweet fruity overtone, plus a hint of caramel. Tasty flavor has a malty core with a firm fruity note, mainly apple with a little pear and just a touch of banana; a subtle hoppy note and a whisper of caramel. Texture is the weak point, as both body and fizz leave a little to be desired. Overall, though, a good and enjoyable ale.

Nice representation of an English Pale Ale. Thinkin' I prefer a solid APA over these, but every now and then in the mood for an English style instead...especially when paired with certain foods. Semi-cloudy light brown-medium orange appearance. Light citrus hops in the flavor along with some caramel malt and whatever yeast they use to give it that "English" feel. About average for this style, probably forgetable though. Worth the try as the Mass/ New England area produces good beers in this style. Every now and then I will discover one that really stands out, unfortunately this was not it.

Hmm. Cute name but the fun stops there. Aroma is strong but..stinky. Pours medium amber with a thin thin head. Mouthfeel is watery. All around kind of blah.

I picked this beer up from Roanoke's Wine Gourmet. I have walked away from this beer a few times and while I am glad I tried it, I won't pick it up again. This beer seems a bit overrated in my opinion. The beer was thin and the hops weren't as present as I would've expected. I look at the reviews this beer gets and I have to wonder if I might have picked up a bad bottle.

It pours amber with a very thin white/light amber head and copious lacing. An aroma of caramel malts, hops, orange and citrus, bread and yeast, and light spices. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of caramel malts, hops, orange and citrus, bread and yeast, and spices. Overall, a fairly solid ale.

A deep amber colored beer. A moderate, creamy textured white head rises above. There's some hang time. Settles into a light cap, thick ringlet and low hanging clingly film. A citrus fruit nose. A bolder, citrus flavored hops with well balanced sweet malt in the tasting. Overall a light, great session beer.

This come from my Beer of the Month club. Orange color pour with a small white head. Aroma of hops and citrus on the nose. Bitter hops and a little sweet. Not bad.

A beer of the month club entry for Aug/Sep 2010. A nice little beverage, starts out kind of mild and seems to get better and a little more intense with each sip. Would make a nice accompaniment to breakfast lunch or dinner!

A decent pale ale. Dad and I broke open this bottle and shared it. It's a cloudy one and its a bit orange too. The taste is quite nice, with a sour, fermenting fruit flavor.
