This saison pours hazy to clear straw in color with notes of honey and tropical fruit. Flavor has tropical fruit with a lemony bitterness and hints of clove in the finish. Sorachi Ace and Citra hops add lots of flavor to this small, sessionable beer.

    Rated in 2010. On tap at the CCB tasting room pouring deep gold with slight haze and short lived white head. The aroma is full of light skin fruity esters like peach, apricot and apple as well as emitting spicy yeast, some cloves and some fresh malt graininess. The taste is similar with notes of green apples, peach and apricot mixing smoothly together along with sharper notes of yeasty spices and acidic citrus poking out here and there. In the background are notes of tart green apples and spicy hops drying this out into the finish. Easy session full flavor beer.

    Honey colored beer with a small foamy textured head that disappears fairly quickly. Small ringlet is what's left behind. Tropical fruits, peppery, grassy and bready profile in a lighter nose and more dominate tasting. Well carbonated and crisp.
