Pale clear gold with a wispy head. The aroma is light. There’s a touch of melon fruit in the flavor and very low bitterness. Sparkling body.

Maltier and fresher tasting than your average American mass produced - which this is not - but similar in nearly every other regard. This brew is indicative of a phenomenon seen in many brewpubs, which is this... ...it's the brew that you serve to a customer who can't palate a good beer and wants to know what they make that is the most comparable to an MGD. This brewpub/restaurant is top notch and was ranted & raved about on the Food Network. This particular brew, unfortunately, is the one they reserve for people who come there, but don't understand what a good beer is.

Pours with a pale golden body topped by a medium thick head with decent lace. slightly hoppy aroma well balanced with slightly sweet maltiness. Not a lot of aroma in the nose. Slighlty bitter hoppy flavor with a good malt balance. Light bodied and very dry.
