It's the latest addition to the Achouffe brewery ... The aroma of Cherry CHOUFFE gives pride of place to the cherries. It also leaves notes of strawberry, almond, spices and sweet Porto. Full of roundness, soft and delicate, Cherry CHOUFFE delights the most greedy of us. Its finish is comforting with a very slight bitterness.

330 ml stubby bottle, as Cherry Chouffe, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.0%. Deep red colour, moderate off-white to pink head. Aroma of cherries, marzipan and oak. Medium sweet flavour, notes of sweet and sour cherries, malts and marzipan.

Pours translucent mahogany with a thick tan head. Aroma gives tart and sweet cherry, lotsa cherry, with a hint of malt. Flavor provides tart and sweet cherry, seriously fruity, hints of malt and hops. Texture contributes good body and peppy fizz. Cherry good.
