The raspberry and cherry Cherish beers were EXTREMELY similar in composition. Both are made for the enjoyment of the masses and it’s neither sour or tart really. Solid raspberry jam aroma with a tad more mustiness than the kriek. Flavor has a little more jammy-like character to it, a bit more bitter (like raspberry seed) with a sweet finish.

pours dark pink/purple...similar to lindemans. smells and tastes of fresh tart raspberries with a bit of the lambic coming through. better than i thought it'd be seeing as how i'd never heard of it before. another i'd buy again.

This is a favorite of my girlfriend (along with other girly-girl overly sweet lambics like Lindemans). But when she went on her diet, this beer became off-limits for her -- and thus fair-game for me to taste and review.
Sparkling ruby-red body, with a mass of delicate pink foam on top. Big raspeberry nose, but I was actually expecting more. But overall, fairly positive first-impressions.
Taste-wise, though, left a bit to be desired. Bittingly dry and a bit acidic on the tongue, with a wave of sweetness that kills any other flavor impression. This is perhaps a good thing for many drinkers -- especially those that are not "beer" drinkers, like my girlfriend -- but I personally want more malt, more hops, something to mark this as a beer.
Style-wise, this doesn't really meet the criteria (personal tastes aside). Lambic is traditionally *much* more sour than sweet -- so much so that true lambics like Cantillon are very-much an acquired taste. So while Cherish is more of a lambic than "Sam Adams Cranberry Lambic" can ever be, it still doesn't completely meet the guidelines for the style.
Regardless..., while this is a mildly refreshing change of pace, it's just too sweet and girly-girl to be wholly enjoyable.

Raspberry color. No head at all, Aroma is raspberry with a hint of yeast, slightly sour. A light bodied lambic. Fruitiness is very evident, fairly sweet. It very lambic like, but it seem very watery. Nice flavor, but very watery. Nice flavor but seems somewhat thin. Cannot recommend this one. Left me feeling very unfulfilled. Mouthfeel is watery and thin. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

I'm not a big fan of fruit flavored beers, but this one was very enjoyable. Sort of like a raspberry snapple iced tea. Very good and I'm looking forward to drinking this on a summer day.

It looks good but this brew was way too sweet and tasted pretty much like slightly tart soda pop. Don't waste your $$
