Draft: Poured a medium brown color ale with a small foamy head. Aroma of caramel malt with some light toffee notes also discernable. Taste is also dominated by some sweet caramel malt with some light toffee notes with no apparent hops presence. Not bad overall but nothing to wrote home about either.

Sampled at the pub itself. Poured a dark brown colour with red highlights. The lacing was good and all around. Medium retention had the big head. Scent of mild roasted and chocolat malts. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel. The taste was also mild with roasted malt, light chocolat and coffee in the aftertaste. This was a nice refreshing brown ale for stout lovers (felt like a watered down stout).
