Clear yellow with small lacing white foam head. Aroma is small hoppy, barley and floral ites. Tastes quite fresh, little fruity, small bitterness. Lasting aftertaste, good beer. (Velp 201401)

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the specially designed Keizer Karel chalice a clear golden-orange coloured B S A with a generous two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety caramel malts, spicy and notes of honey and citrussy fruits. The aroma is sweety malts, some ( a bit ! ) caramel and brown sugar, yeasty, and spicy, peppery. The mouthfeel is round and a bit sticky. This medium to full bodied B S A has a long sweety and light spicy finish. A solid and plesant tasting Belgian Strong Ale, may be a point too sweet.

Bottled. Pale yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Yeast, strawberries, sweet fruits, caramel and some malts in aroma. Flavour is yeasty, spicy, slightly fruity and caramelly. Also has alcohol sticking quite much. Hayish dry palate. Strong yeasty and earthy aftertaste.
