We journeyed the globe in our search to connect the bounty of the earth and the contents of the glass. Along the way, a series of appellation adventures inspired a dry, refreshing, straw-colored, unfiltered treasure we call Trekker, an adventurous bier synergized as a tribute to the earth’s best terrior—geography, geology and climate that results in the best craft-malted barley from Canada, aromatic hops from New Zealand—inspired by Belgian "grisette"-style farmhouse ales. We searched around the world and then worked our alchemy right here in Central Florida.

Pours clear solar yellow with a thick, if not lasting, porcelain head. Aroma presents citrus, fresh malt and pomme notes. Flavor features more malt and just a whisper of woody hops for a very drinkable saison that will help you get through a hot day. Mouthfeel delivers OK body and so-so fizz. Trek to your local package store or favorite watering hole for it.

Easy drinking beer. Flavors are mild....grassy, grain, light fruit. Has a hazy light yellow appearance. Semi-crisp feel. Ok for the hot seasons, but not really one that I’d return to.
