Comes out of the tap a nice clear golden with a decent off-white head. Aroma is more fruity than hoppy, but still tempting, and has a hint of caramel. Hops come out in the flavor, though, bitter wood with notes of pomme fruit, citrus and malt and just a whisper of caramel, sweet nicely balancing bitter. Texture is firm and smooth but not too fizzy, and leaves a bitter hoppy finish. Get fired up!

Nice beer! Had this on tap at Barley's. One of the few brews I took note of while there. Poured a medium copper colour. Big white head. Flufface. Aroma is hopped with noticeable care but maintains a full malt backbone on the palate.

On draft at Mellow Mushroom Pizza in Farragut. Pours a nice amber yellow with a thin head but very nice lacing. Ample carbonation. Aromas of sweet malts, some floral and some bitter hops. Taste is smooth with a nice malt base and a nice bitter finish.

An amber apperance with a moderate head. The aroma is caramel, oranges, and pine. The flavor is on the sweet side for an IPA but the bitterness comes through on the end. Some caramel, oranges, and grapefruit showing through at the end. Not world class but a good session IPA.

Nice head with average retention and good lacing. Copper/orange color. Slight hoppy, floral aroma. Nicely balanced with a bitter finish. Citrus notes. A beer I drink and enjoy regularly.
