Cask conditioned at the Alexandra Hotel ("The Alex"), Derby. Very pale colour, low head. Fruity / citrussy aroma. Hoppy flavour, light bodied. Very nice for its strength.

Cask@GBBF2007. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus fruit, some malts, salts and yeast. Slight notes of earth also. Flavour is grass, malts,hops and some salt water. Quite dry and grassy finish. 6 6 6 6 6
Bottled (thanks fonefan). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, grass, crisp maltyness as well as some mild grainyness. Flavour is grassy, citrus fruity with some mild floral notes as well. Pleasant bittery finish. Bready, fruity and floral in the aftertaste. 6 6 6 6 6 -

Draught. Pale golden ale with a nice white head and good lacing. Hoppy aroma. Dry fruity hop flavour. Nice, but a bit thin and too weak on the alcohol front to be a favourite.
