Aromas and flavours of citrusy hoppiness, lemon and passion fruits, complimented by the typical saison spiciness, with a crisp and slightly bitter finish. Pours a hazy, bright, light-golden colour with lots of sediments through it. A fizzy white cap, dissipating quickly, but leaving a coating on top of foaminess. Good lacing as well. Brett earthy and sour aromas, with some citrus notes, white grapes. The taste is quite sour at first with a quick finish, and some tartiness that lingers. The Chardonnay grapes are mildly in the background. Not so much a Saison, but a nice complex sour collaboration brew.
