Beste Bock is a traditional German treat and a reflection of the time of year and on coming seasonal change. Only the best pick of the harvest is used for our Bock ingredients, this combined with long cold aging provided by the winter months develop into a smooth and rich experience. A deep dark brown colour accented by a smooth off-white head. The flavour is pronounced, rich malt sweetness reminiscent of caramel paired with toffee, low bitterness and a clean finish.

Last brew from their Stack Pack, pouring a clean copper colour with ruby highlights. The head is frothy, beige, with good retention and leaving some nice lacing streaks. The nose is fairly sweet, rich with roasted malt base and some dark fruits, even some cherry liquorice. It does seem to calm down as it pours. Thankfully some nice hops do kill the sweetness in the finish. Smooth, silky mouthfeel. Not bad, but not one I would have again.

Part of the 2021 Cameron’s Christmas Pack. The beer pours a translucent dark brown colour with a generous brown head that disappears within 2-3 minutes. The aroma is roasted malt, molasses, earthy hops and fresh bread. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is sweet molasses and alcohol and some brown bread. The finish is definitely bitter.
