On tap at Tennessee Winter Beer Festival. Light hazy straw colored pour, slight head, some lacing. Lightly smoked pear, apple and fruit nose - repeat, lightly smoked pear, apple and fruit aroma - that alone makes this beer a huge winner - nice Belgian yeast notes, light malts and wheat presence, light spiciness, BIG flavor. Some floralness and rather dry like a Saison. Killer concoction from The Sergio Bros. Again.
