Let me preface this by stating that I love Calfkiller; I love the Sergio Brothers and all of the quirky wonderfulness they have brought to the Tennessee Craft Beer scene. This little critter is a tasty one too. Lightly hazed golden pour, some white head and lacing. Yeasty light and funky meets some hops, in nose and palate. Floral, zesty, nice little linger, more funk, just freaking tasty is what it is. They're brewing some tasty magical brews over on the Calfkiller River in Sparta, TN. All light and very drinkable. Great change of pace especially for summer. Love these guys.
