355 ml canned beer, as a 6.1 % ABV. Poured in a teku stemmed glass an unclear and light hazy amber-copper with reddish tones coloured IPA with a two fingers beige and creamy foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is a solid malty base, a mix of juicy fruits, citrus, grapefruits, passion fruits, grassy tones, herbal and faint piney hops. The flavour is caramel malts, flowery, violets, fruity, grapefruits, citrus and piney hops. The mouthfeel is creamy, round and hoppy bitter. The texture is oily. This medium bodied IPA has a lingering mild but deep hoppy bitter and fruity finish. A quite surprising IPA with no explosing fruity feeling bud with a solid hided fruity side.

I picked this up at a bottle shop in Roanoke, Va. This was just meh. I was expecting more floral and citrus notes. Tasted a tad tinny. With the vast array of IPA offerings available, I would likely pass on this in the future.

Orange-copper pour with a medium white head. Plenty of citrus and floral hops in aroma. Same citrus dominates the flavor but with a strong underlying sweet maltiness as well. Medium bitterness. Above average IPA.

Crystal orange with a tall dense head dissolving slowly to a firm cap. Grapefruit and orange peel aroma with a caramel sweetness, a little herbal. Surprisingly sweet flavor up front, but finishes with a piney hop bite, as mentioned by other reviewers, and lingering bitterness. Lacing down the glass, but not very sticky for the style. Not too thick or heavy, and just the right carbonation. Not my favorite, but a solid offering, and I always appreciate the use of cans.

I'm trying to understand what all of the fuss is about. This is a very simple IPA in a can. That's it. No way is it worth $10-$12 a sixer. It pours murky and way too frothy. Taste like aluminum, grain and your typical IPA hops. Finish is gritty. That is it. Save your money. Oh yeah. Nice can you Oregon queers. Shove it up your arse!

An IPA that drinks like an APA, but it's alright with me. Sweet malty aroma with some citrus and grass. Dark copper pour, filmy head. Sticky and mildly sweet, not overly bitter. Caramel, biscuit, flowers, grass and a hint of citrus sum up the flavor. Gotta love an IPA in a can...thanks Lou for this solid offering.

Canned beer, yum! A cloudy light orange pour with an off-white head. Quite a bit of citrus in the aroma with a little yeast and a some grainy malt. Flavour is quite bitter with notes of grapefruit and a little balanced by some caramel sweetness. A good beer.

From can - pours a deep clear amber with a thick frothy white head and heavy lacing. Citrus - grapefruit and orange - and pine hops aroma with a slight caramel maltiness. Taste is grapefruit and slight pine bitter with a good malt balance and nice bitter linger.

lots of citrusy hops in the nose and flavor, but balanced almost immediately by a sweet malty presence. another winner from Caldera. Not the best IPA i've ever had but another very solid effort. nice bitter finish as well.

Pours a bright clear pramge colour with some alcohol floating around I think, maybe its my beer perspiring, not sure. Huge frothy white head. Instant stanky aroma of wet hops and grapefruit skins. Taste has that grapefruit quality to it where it's initially sweet but it quickly gets bitter near the finish. Took the last few sips out of the can as advised by my buddy. Great beer!
