This Belgian Style Farm House Ale is sure to astonish your taste buds. Crazy amounts of stone fruits, lemon citrus, spice and of course (you guessed it…) grass. Earth tones and the aroma of freshly planted fields of lemon grass will fill your senses. We think if you could drink sunshine, this might be what it would taste like. 2015 Stats ABV: 6.1% IBU: 40

Picked up a tallboy at the brewery. Pours a fairly thick foamy bubbly white head and has a pale golden appearance. Great retention. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of grass, floral hops and wheats. Flavours are yeasty, wheaty some grassy hops, notes of cereal and sweet malts. A little bit of a dry finish on the palate. Medium bodied. Pretty good.

Enjoyed at Craft Beer Market. Pours a clear light-yellow colour with slightly haziness and minimal lacing. Belgian Ale yeast aromas with mild grassy hops. Fresh grassy taste with the blended sweet yeast. Refreshing with a nice dryness. Quite a nice dry herbal fresh Saison.
