Not a bad porter from a predominantly lager brewer. Pours dark brown, almost black. Aroma is chocolate malts, caramel, and a little roasted grain. Aroma is very chocolatey, with a little astingency from what I suspect is black patent. I have heard rumors that this beer is on it's way out, hopefully it will be replaced by that bock or schwarzbier they've been talking about brewing. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

the color dark brown the head light chocolate, the lace is satisfactory. Nose is toasted, lightly that is, the start is malt sweet, the middle as with all their beers is weal and watery, the finish some what hop spicy, but is another "LOSER".
