COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Our second release beer. A smoked polish wheat beer. We hand smoked 600 pounds of wheat over Apple wood to achieve a light toasted, nutty flavor with a finish that carries just a hint of smoke.

A darker brew. Medium bodied. Lots of subtleties in the nose and flavor including the smoke. Light fruitiness and nuts, a little in the malty side. Dry slightly smoky finish. This place makes some cool brews.
