The beer pours a very hazy straw gold which quickly dissipates to a thin white film. The aroma is yeast, citrus, and light honey notes. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is tart fruit, musty hoppy flavours, and grains. -

Small can from the brewery. Pours a huge foamy white head that leaves some dirty, soapy lace behind and has a hazy golden orangey appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas of yeast, citrus and grassy hops, some wheaty and herbal notes as well. Flavours are mostly citrus and pine, some subtle grassy and resinous notes, a little bit of yeast in the finish. Dry and astringent mouthfeel.

355ml can that pours a lightly hazed, very light golden colour with a fluffy off-white cap that stays a while and leaves foamy lacing. Lemon peel aromas with some notes of grassy hops. After the last pour, gets cloudy with some particles floating across. The head seems more frothy. The taste balances well again the grassiness and lemon notes. Some decent bitterness in the finish. Just missing a little Belgian Ale yeast for a Saison, but as a beer - drinkable.

Not sure what to make of this beer other than the fact it's really good. Highly enjoyable. Has this weird Sasion/Pilsner/IPA taste and feel to it. Very full body. Alas, it has a really terrible looking colour and thin head, but other than that Burdock has brewed another winner.
