Much like the mighty Buffalo, Milwaukeeans love to drink, and the Buffalo Water Beer Company's signature lager, Bison Blonde plans to be the craft brew to make Milwaukee famous once more. Brewed in small batches and flash pasteurized, this beer does NOT contain any fillers. It's brewed in accordance with the Bavarian purity law of 1516, meaning there's only four ingredients: water, hops, barley and yeast. All we ask is that you keep pace with the mighty buffalo's drinking habits and consume this delectable beer responsibly. Golden and artly cloudy pour. Smells fresh, yet just like any other lager. One noticeable difference that makes this beer a bit more unique is the citrus. Also, finishes with a hint of almonds. Overall, it's clean, crisp and refreshing.

Great full body. Smooth. Goes down very easy. Not too hoppy. Great finish and after-taste. Had this at the Bomb Shelter in Milwaukee on tap. Will surely look for it in bottles at the store,

Pours a cloudy golden colour with a full white head. Aroma is sort of yeasty, wheat, honey and tropical fruit. Taste is creamy, fruit forward with a pretty strong malt taste throughout.

This one poured a clear golden color with a frothy white head. It had a mild aroma with a grainy and malty flavor with little hop presence. It had a someehat bland finish. As far as swill goes, this was one of the better ones.
