Pic is wrong. Should have a jester on the label. This is Zot! Not a bad belgian ale, but not the tripel. Enjoyed on tap in Brugge. Tasty Belgian. Pours hazy hay color. Smells of musty yeast. Taste a little like a wheat beer with lots of yeast and coriander. Very good ale.

Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Flavour and aroma is yeast, fruit, slight wheat. The flavour gets very bitterish and dry in the finish.

An excellent belgian ale. Great pour resulting in a thick white head. Nice spices give it a great flavor and it feels great going down. Not too sweet and strong alcohol. Thick dark color is amazing.

Bought at the Dépanneur de la Rive in Cap-Rouge, Quebec. Written DEC 2006 on plain golden bottle cap. Pours a cloudy blonde-caramel colour with a white foamy head and good retention. Kind of looks like a witbier. Lots of carbonation and lacing is sloppy all around the glass. The nose reminds me of a pilsner. After breathing a bit, the aromas turn to spices and yeast. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavours are also yeasty with some decent dry hoppy finish. Quite a refreshing brew and a nice mix between a witbier and a pilsner.

Pale golden orange..a little hazy..good bubble ratio...big ass foamy head, like soap..sweet honey dust slight vanilla smell...intresting mellow 1.st sip...has a sweet back...alittle tame, kinda rough...after awhile a rubber-plastic aftertaste...

Poured a hazy golden color with a small, bubbly, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of spices, citrus, candy sugar, barnyard, and fake, plastic pool toys. Taste was citrus, with some spices, banana, yeast, and light alcohol.

Bottle – Poured a light blond beer with a nice bubbly head. Aroma is sweet with a nice mix of malt and hops. Great carbonation with a medium body and I also noticed quite a lot of sediment at the bottom. Taste has a good mix of spices with a subtle bitter aftertaste. Overall, this is an average Belgian Ale but I’m not sure I would drink this again since there’s some better Belgian brew out there.

Nice, clear gold (sediment stuck hard and fast to the bottom of the bottle), with a big white head. Hoppy aroma, perhaps a tad stale, with some floral notes. Malty and sweet taste, some citrus in there, perhaps a bit grassy. A bit watery, with a sweetish hoppy finish. Average fare.

This beer IMO is the Belgian lawnmower beer. Aroma is of apricots and pears. Flavor is a hint of fruit and spice. Palate is a bit watery. This would be a good intro into the world of Belgians for someone not willing to let go of lagers. Overall its a decent Belgian blonde ale, nothing really complex but still flavorful. And a good "beer geek summer beer"

cloudy orange colour, big creamy head and a correct lacing, grapefruit and yeasty aroma, tart, fresh and bitter, the finish is dry and yeasty - easy but charming
