Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6
750 ml capped bottle, wrapped in paper, without label. Poured in the original Kalle chalice an unfiltered hazy rich golden-amber coloured B S A with a one finger slight beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. Some floatings sediments. The aroma is sweety malts and fruity, oranges, apples, apricots. The flavour is sweety malts, yeast, fruity, oranges and spicy, coriander, pepper, notes of honey and alcohol. The mouthfeel is sweety ( too ) and sparkling. This medium bodied B S A has a long alcoholic finish and a late but real warming effect. The alcohol level is, by far, too prominent and gives this beer a quite unpleasant character.
