Huge hops nose blast of pine followed with some floral notes and some dark ripe fruit, maybe a hint of vanilla. Peachy body that is foggy (unfiltered?) topped with a nice white head with medium retention and decent lace. Mouth is a bit foamy, medium bodied, slick, and a bit creamy. Big flavor follows the nose. Apricot, pine, some walnut, oddly a bit of grassy funk, alcohol quite present. Bitter finish that is not quite dry.

An orange colored, yellow tinged beer served at WOB in a goblet. A three fingered head rises above. Sudsy textured head, off white colored. There's some hang time on the head. It settles into a thin ringlet. Beautiful flora and citric profile. A little lighter in the nose than on the tongue. Light, effervescent and refreshing.

Good quality and smooth drinking IIPA. Ample malt, both sweet and bready, but the hops shine nicely. Mostly candied grapefruit (which I really dig) and orange. No date on the bottle will prevent me from going back to this more often :( Covers the abv very very well.

Comes out of the growler a clear amber with a thick, fluffy off-white head - not impressive, but never judge a book by its cover. Aroma is very strong and very hoppy with a firm grapefruit note and a hint of orange. Very hoppy flavor has little bitterness but plenty of sour citrus, mainly grapefruit and some orange. Lively texture has about average body and firm fizz. Have a blast!

Had on draft @ my first solo visit to the Sugar Land Saucer .. . Pours a cloudy gold pear .. light to medium foam, lacing is medium strength .. . caramel, sap, and sweet finished wood .. very malt forward .. abv well worked .. nothing i'd spring for again but tasty .. . . mace to face!

This poured a yellow color with a white head. The aroma contains a ton of citrus and pine also. The flavor is bitter with oranges and lemons showing through. This one was rather malty in the typical east coast style. Overall I really enjoyed this beer!

Draft at Pinocchio’s into a tulip Poured a hazy gold with small pure white head which became a coating but lasted throughout. Lacing was spotty white. Nose was citrus, especially orange, grapefruit and pineapple, with pine and floral notes. Taste is citrus hops - mango, pineapple, orange, grapefruit - with some piney and grassy bitter end and aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium with light to medium carbonation. This was awesome. As soon as I think I know something with beer, something or someone proves I am an idiot. I didn’t think I liked ANY Brroklyn beers but I LOVED this. If you were like me, TRY THIS!

Talk about hoppy. Luckily this beer had lots of malt to balance out the hops. It seemed as if one type of hops was the dominant flavor on my palate. A golden colored ale with a head that would not disappear. There were some tastes of malt and citrus on the palate but mostly a very strong hop taste. Not for the faint at heart.
