Crafted with all natural fruit purees, this unfiltered farmhouse style saison pours a hazy golden colour with a fluffy white head. Aromas of passion fruit, strawberry, pear, and spice burst from the glass giving way to flavours of tropical fruit and strawberry with mild peppery notes and an off-dry finish. Bright, bold, and complex with a slight alcohol warmth at 7.5% ABV, this pairs well with Asian inspired dishes, late season snowball fights and the promise of patio season.

The beer pours a hazed pinkish-gold colour with an off-white creamy cap which lingers for a few minutes. The aroma is dominated by strawberries, triopical fruits, tart berries, light grass, and yeast. A very fruit forward aroma. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is fruit forward as well with notes of tart berries leading the way, followed by hints of strawberry sweetness and a very bitter finish. -

Can that pours a slight hazed, bright golden-yellow colour with a frothy-fluffy white cap, decent stay and leaving some mild foamy-soapy lacing. Fruity nose with a nice balance of hops to cut the sweetness. The taste shows the guava at first, with the strawberry notes lingering. Hints of bananas with the hops getting a nice dry finish. Not too crazy fruity, not too hoppy, but a decent fruity Saison that goes down decently.
