it's a white beer with a little creamy, Trouble, with a nice char it gives off aromas of citrus, the palate it's light and spicy, fresh and leaves a little bitterness in the aftertaste.

Refreshing but light on wheat flavor which i must admit i prefer...No mousse at all in my glass but a lot of fizz which i like also,no deposit and according to thestyle very easy on hops...I reccomend this beer for easter brunch ...

330 ml bottle. Poured a hazy pale gold colored Wit with a one finger white creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, aciditic fruits, citrus, spicy, coriander, cloves. The flavour is yeast, wheat malts, spicy, coriander, herbal grass and peppery notes. The mouthfeel is very smooth. This light bodied ale has a slight bitter finish. An easy drinkable Wit.

750 ml corked bottle, bought in France. ABV is 4.8%. Pale straw coloured, a faint haziness, large white head. Moderate carbonation in the glass. Very nice aroma of yeast, herbs and spices, hints of oak and alcohol. Very refreshing flavour, mild spices (coriander), light bodied. Pleasant beer.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow colored beer with a medium head with medium retention. Carbonation is bit weak and body is clear and leaning on the thin side. Aroma is a bit weak with some citrus flavour coming out of my glass. Taste is also a bit weak with some citrus flavour and a very weak wheat taste. A bit too bland and watery for my taste.
