One way to make a great beer is to listen to the people who love drinking them. Red Baron is the result. It's a pale blonde lager in a clear glass bottle, brewed to deliver a well-balanced, clean, crisp finish that is smooth and in a class of its own. Red Baron Premium Blonde Lager is brewed using only the finest, hand-selected hops and barley. The result: it looks great, and tastes even better. As a blonde lager, Red Baron goes with just about any type of spicy food such as chili, Samosa's, Bobotie's, jalapeno peppers or a nice Thai or Szechuan dish. This blonde will definitely help to tame the fire.

The beer poured a translucent medium gold colour with a generous white bubbly head. The aroma is grassy malt, yeast, and acidic tones. The mouthfeel is weak bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour is grainy malt, wet bread, and metal. -

Definitely a bad Premium Blonde Lager to say the least...Metallic mouthfeel, too high carbonation not enjoyable at all...Don't waste your money on that one...

Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Actually leaves some lacing down the glass. Mild grainy aroma. Tastes bland and weak with some maltyness, nothing special here. High carbonation and a thin mouthfeel.

Can: Poured a clear bright golden color lager with a medium foamy head with average retention and some lacing. Aroma of adjunct with some residual sugar at the end. Taste is also a less then enjoyable mix between some adjunct and some crude sugar. Body is average with some good carbonation. Not to my liking and not something I wish to try again.

NOt a favourite of mine. The beer was very pale, and the aroma was very skunky, enough that I almost poured this over the deck rail. The mouthfeel was very watery as was the taste. I would think that a beer with a name like Red Baron would have bite. This one failed.

Even in my fairly drunken pubcrawl state I knew this beer was pretty bad. Very pale colour, no head to speak of. No flavour or carbination, just alot of grass hoppy ish and not the good kind either. Terrible

Wow this ain't bad. It's corny, but it's kind of hoppy too. Reminds me of this brewery's Formosa Sprongs Draft, which, ironically enough, also comes in 15 pack. I give it average quantities all around, but don't let that throw you off, this is an easy quaffing sessioner, just not anything important. Aroma kind of sucks - like sour corn. The head was impressive for a swill. The colour on the other hand is a different story.

Poured a very pale straw color... fizzy 1 finger head that leaves fast...virtually no ring...heavily carbonated...aromas of boiled grain and sweet adjuncts (corn dextrins) starts too peppery from the carbonation which obliterates the mild malting on the front end...body is watery and the finish quick with a slight bread after taste. Another yellow fizzy adjunct lager malt starved and hop surpressed...totally forgetable

This beer use to come in brown stubby bottles, now I got this 12 which is in clear 341ml bottles. Pours a pale yellow colour with minimal carbonation. Not much head, nor lacing. Smells nice malt with some bitterness. The taste is grain malt, maybe mixed in with corn... but quite refreshing. Mouthfeel is half watery and half creamy. Good summer brew but prefer their bitter, Brick Conner's Best Bitter.
