Shared 375 ml bottle at local tasting, thanks to abemorsten. Reddish brown colour, moderate to low off-white head. Strong and intense aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries, strawberries and oak. Mouthppuckering and astringent dry flavour of oak, over-ripe raspberries and stale strawberry jam, hints of whisky and hops. Uh, well - INTERESTING, to say the least.

Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Deep rubyish amber colour with a mediumsized white head. Fountain warning when opening. Aroma is a lot of strawberries, raspberries along with some spices and mild wooden and vanillaish notes. Flavour is quite similar, but also has rather much alcohol in it as well. Quite nice brew.

Pours out in a shady reddish amber colour with a rich creamy white head. Big fruity aroma of wild raspberries, wood, caramel, strawberries and mild peppery alcohol with a a whiff of grassy hops. Big body with strong notes of strawbeeries, wild raspberries, wood and caramel with a certain alcohol heat. Long dryish, yet sweetish finish of strawberries, wood and hops. One of the better Fruit beers to date.
