750 ml capped bottle. Poured in a dimpled mug a strong gushing, unfiltered and unclear reddish-brown coloured Vienna with a generous one finger tan and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is moderate malty, spicy, cinnamom and tart fruits, sour cherries. The flavour is sourish fruits, sour cherries, notes of woods, moderate malty. The mouthfeel is crispy, creamy, quite thin and light sourish bitter. The texture is watery. This light bodied Vienna has a dry sourish fruits finish. This Berliner brew is, with its sourish side, very refreshing.
