The craftsmanship of Vanilla Porter is evidenced in NVP. A variety of malts provide flavors of chocolate, roasted nut, caramel, and coffee. Imported vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea and Madagascar add complex and exotic flavors to this solid porter. The softening effect of nitrogen creates a velvety mouthfeel and highlights the flavors of the malts and vanilla. NVP presents another delicious way to enjoy Vanilla Porter.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

Pours translucent mahogany with a fairly thick, fine-bubbled, almost Guinness-like buff head. Aroma delivers vanilla, roast malt, chocolate and nutty character. Flavor echoes the aroma nicely, only upping the roast malt and nutty components while pedaling back the chocolate and adding a snip of molasses. Mouthfeel is smooth as a kitten’s belly and has decent body and fizz. Try some to-nitro.
