500 ml, on tap at the brewery. Poured in the original Weizenmühle stein glass an unfiltered and absolutly opaque rich golden-amber coloured Dunkel Weizen with a large two fingers slightly beige and dense pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, fruity, oranges and strong spicy, vanilla. The flavour is wheat malts, yeast, caramell, fruity, bananas and a citrussy touch, herbs. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy and smooth. This medium bodied Dunkel Weizen has a long malty and spicy, vanilla, finish. A well balanced original ( vanilla ) and tasting Dunkel Weizen.
