500 ml, on tap at the brewery. Poured in the original Wiesenmühle stein glass an unfiltered and copper-brown coloured Kellerbier with a large two fingers slight beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is mild toasted malts, dark fruits, plums and light hoppy. The flavour is grainy toasted malts, cereals, a touch of smoke and light hoppy. The mouthfeel is crispy and very smooth. This light to medium bodied Kellerbier has a dry toasted malts finish. A pleasant and well refreshing Kellerbier from Hessen, easy drinkable and tasting.
