The beer poured a muddy reddish brown colour with a 1" tan coloured head. The aroma was burnt wood, wheat, banana, clove, and a hint of spice. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour started off slightly sweet with notes of caramel and wheat before finishing with a smoky bitterness. Quite pleasant.
