500 ml capped bottle. Poured a clear ruby-brown coloured Kellerbier with a generous two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Mid-sized carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted malts. The flavour is sweety caramel malts, bready and an unpleasant acidity presence. The mouthfeel is creamy and a bit thin. This light to medium bodied Kellerbier has a dry malty finish. An easy drinkable Kellerbier. Is or was the dedected acidity a defect ?

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Deep ambery colour, small head. Aroma is wood, caramel malts, some slight earth and mild sugary notes. Flavour is wooden, caramel malty, a bit nutty as well as quite sweet. Balanced and quite bodied brew.
