Best before date is 01/07/2015, 2014 edition. Pours a hazy light-golden yellow colour with a big foamy white cap, great retention and thick foam lace. Aromas of chemical plastics from the hops (I guess) with citrus notes, Belgian yeast and sugars. The taste is weird as well. Seems like the buckwheat. Again, citrus which helps with the lemon, balanced between the sweetness and light sourness. Not quite a Saison because of the grain change, but a pretty good brew nonetheless. Another great gluten free product from this brewer.
