De la série alphabétique, voici une "Weizenbier" avec un p’tit "hop" ! C’est justement ce p’tit "hop", ajouté au blé, qui donne aux "artizen" de la dégustation brassicole un p’tit côté "Weize" ! Brassée avec du houblon Mandarina Bavaria.

Pours a cloudy golden-amber colour with a frothy slight off-white head, good retention and some foamy patchy lacing. Wheat nose overpowered by some fruitiness with citrus (mostly orange) sweetness and some yeast. The orange is also quite present in the taste, but this is where the hop shows up. Grassy, mild bitter finish. Medium-bodied with some carbonated mouthfeel and light dryness. An interesting style being a hefeweizen with some hops, but this one seems a little off on the hefe-side.
