Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a light brown foamy head with average retention. Aroma of coffee is totally dominating. Taste is also dominated by dry coffee with some roasted malt. Body is about average with some medium carbonation. Well made overall but just a bit too dry from my own taste buds.

Dark, dark brown with a large head. Large carbonation is soft instead of a problem. The aroma is light cocoa and heavy on the roast. The flavor is dry with a lingering burnt bitterness.

Purchased at the Dépanneur À-Tout-Prix in Laval, Quebec. Pours a real dark brown (almost black) with slight red highlights. The head is big, light brown, has good retention, great lacing and is creamy. The nose is fine with coffee and grainy/roasted malts. Medium-bodied with a nice dry mouthfeel, and still a mild wetness. Full flavours with roasted malt, coffee, cocoa, with the hop well mixed to not overpower. A very well-brewed dry stout that is recommended.
