Voici L’Infusée Grenade-hibiscus, une blanche belge avec une infusion de thé, de grenade et de fleurs d’hibiscus (flor de Jamaica) ! Légèrement voilée, elle présente une belle harmonie entre la douceur désaltérante du thé, des saveurs de grenade rappelant la cerise et les flaveurs fruitées évoquant la canneberge de cette variété d’hibiscus.

Got quite hazy, golden-orange colour with lots of particles through it. The head is off-white, a little pinkish, frothy, bubbly with good stay and leaving full creamy-foamy lacing. Raspberry aromas of fruity berries (from the mix of pomegranate and hibiscus), with some vanilla cream. Yes, very berry sweet, but in the taste, the berries still show, but with some decent hop light bitterness. The finish is fairly dry and slightly tarty. Herbal, grassy hops. Some fruitiness, vanilla and mild spices.
